Comms are done in a queue based system. Process is sketch, lines, color. I take payment upfront, including paypal fees.

✰ Terms Of Service ✰💵 Payment ✰Payments are made upfront through Paypal invoice. Once you're next in the queue I will send an invoice to the email provided in the formThe total will include Paypal's fees. This only costs you a few dollars extra, but adds up on my endI offer limited major revisions during the sketch phase. Any major changes requested afterwards may be prone to extra chargesI may charge extra based on the level of detail of a requested character. The more detail, the more work!No commercial rights are given through a commissioned piece! Refer to the Rights section for more info✔️ Will Draw ✰Furries, anthros, monsters, fanart, my own characters (10% discount!) other people's characters (proof of permission required)Pinups, nudity, human/animal-esque genitalia, cum, paws, slight kinks, explicit sexual acts, etc. If you're unsure about your request, ask me about it!❌ Won't Draw ✰Extreme kinks or fetishesAnything hateful or discriminatoryI reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason!✏️ Process ✰Commissions are a done in a queue system, based on the order of acceptanceIf I accept your commission request, I'll contact you through DiscordOnce you're next in the queue, I'll chat with you to figure out the details of your commission. The invoice will be sent and an initial quick sketch will be made to get the idea down. Major revisions will be made during this stage. Major revisions requested afterwards will be prone to extra chargesI will send WIPs along every stage to keep you involved in the process. Remember, you're paying for my time and resources, not the art!No strict schedule, but I will never take more then a month on a piece after paymentI prefer to have artistic freedom when interpreting a design. If you’d like any details a certain way, let me know!When the commission is complete I will post it to social media and tag you/credit you. If you prefer to stay anonymous or don't post it publicly, let me know! I may still include your piece in my galleries if I choose to💸 Refunds and Cancellations ✰Commissions are eligible for a full refund before the final sketch is approved. Once the sketch has been approved and I begin linework I only offer partial refundsI reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. This will only happen if there are complications, and I will offer a partial refund based on completion of the artNo chargebacks please!! Contact me for a refund, and we will make arrangements. Filing a chargeback will put you on a denylist and relinquish all rights to any art sent. Correspondence between us may be shared with other artists, financial institutions, or publicly at my discretion.📝 Rights ✰You are paying for my time to produce a personal piece of artwork. As the artist, I reserve commercial rights and ownership of the art to use and post as I please, to social media, galleries, etc. We can discuss the transfer of commercial rights for a commissioned piece at a significantly increased total price.You as the client have full personal use rights to the artwork. You may repost, edit, print and share the art as you please. Do not remove the watermark or take credit for creation of my work!I will never claim ownership of a character I’ve drawn. I will always credit you as the client/owner of the depicted character
